About Us

Banana Chainstore, as a reliable and popular Fast Fashion& Leisure retail brand, now has gone to Ghana, Uganda, Tanzania and Ivory Coast. We are also seeking to develop a new business model which combines retail and platform service in west African countries including Guinea, Ghana, Liberia, Serri Lenoe, Senegal, Burkina Faso, Togo, Benin, etc. We are also welcome franchising partners to join our business and bring more Banana shops to Africa. All what Banana has done is to make everyday life better for people across Africa by creating an ecosystem of sustainable livelihood for all stakeholders, from customers to employees and partners.

Our mission is to make Banana Chain-stores to be the preferred omni-channel shopping destination in Africa by providing quality products with outstanding value. We are trying the best to provide such value by optimizing our sourcing chain, products planing, services and other stages of the shopping experience, thus allowing this mission to be practiced across all our business scopes.

Banana’s corporate vision is to make everyday life better for people across Africa by creating an ecosystem of sustainable livelihood for all stakeholders, from customers to employees and partners.

Infrastructure

Banana has its own independent logistics and warehousing infrastructure in Ghana, Uganda and Tanzania. All our warehouses are equipped with state of the art racking systems which including the latest shuttle systems, the best material handling equipment including order pickers, pallet trucks and fork lifts.

Banana has its own in-house team who install state of the art fire panels, motion sensors and CCTV systems. This is done for all facilities, stores and the central distribution center and ensures that staff are trained to use these systems.

The fully centralized IT center co-ordinates all centers from the back office to warehouse and stores over a wide area network including fiber optic, broadband, VSAT and dedicated radio transmissions.
